Customer Work collaboratively at RED For Africa in Lagos

Position summary

• This is a full-time hybrid position for a Customer Work collaboratively for Red Media Africa is located in Lagos with some WFH adaptive schedule.
• The Customer Work collaboratively will be in charge of coordinating customer accounts, offering advising solutions, and pushing communications across various touchpoints.
• The position includes monitoring projects, making sure on-time completion, and preserving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• The Customer Work collaboratively will also be in charge of recognizing and harnessing avenues and assisting the team with media marketing initiatives.

Account Management:

Oversee every facet of customer accounts, which includes delivery schedules, financial plans, and outputs. Work alongside internal teams, which includes Public relations specialists, content creators, to formulate and implement combined Public relations plans and marketing.

Strategic Organizing:

Collaborate with customers to formulate strategic Public relations strategies and programs that match with their business targets and target target groups. Recognize avenue for development and growth within current customer accounts, and proactively propose new creative thoughts and initiatives to improve their Public relations endeavors.

Credentials

• Bsc in Communications, Brand communications, Promotion, or relevant field
• Account Management and Advising competencies
• Project coordination competencies
• Clear articulation and people skills
• Capability to operate independently and within a collaborative environment
• Enthusiasm for Public relations and a want to stay informed about market trends and industry standards
• Expertise in the youth or media sectors will be an added advantage.
