Growth Promotion Manager at Fairmoney Microfinance Bank in Lagos

Position Overview

We’re recruiting a Growth Promotion Manager to head our local purchase and relation endeavors. This is a high-effect position attentive on pushing real business expansion through offline activations, referral optimization, long-term alliances, multi-channel marketing, and close partnership with worldwide Paid media and CRM teams.

Primary duties

• Own and initiate high-effect local growth programs - which includes group activations, campus leads, market storms, flyering, and on-ground relation designed to lead new customer conversion and retention
• Head long-term alliances and event sponsorships to grow corporate identity visibility and unlock new purchase avenues
• Enhance and scale the referral programme - partnering with worldwide teams to initiate localized marketing, strategic trial with rewards, and monitor productivity to enhance purchase
• Strategy and implement multi-channel growth marketing across online, offline, referral, and CRM channels in partnership with the corporate identity, design, and group teams - with clear targets and key indicators
• Work alongside the worldwide paid media and CRM teams to input local findings, adjust communication tone, and improve effectiveness across Meta, Google and applicable channels
• Formulate and test effectiveness-attentive content and communication tone for digital and offline application scenarios, operating closely with innovative and content teams
• Run A/B tests and organized strategic trials to enhance communication tone, channel effectiveness, and transformation funnels
• Collaborate with the data analysis team to formulate dashboards and tracking resources that offer visibility into growth indicators, CAC, transformation rates, and ROI
• Oversee external vendors or self-employed workers where needed (e.g. paid search, SEO, activation assist)

Credentials & Expertise

• 4+ years of expertise in growth promotion, user purchase, or effectiveness-guided promotion positions
• Established history top on-ground activations, BTL, long-term alliances and optimizing client recommendations marketing 
• Expertise in organizing multi-channel marketing across both online & offline with measurable KPIs
• Logical and analytics-based - you are cozy digging into effectiveness data to mentor plan
• Skilled speaker and robust cross-operational partner 
• Initiative-driven, adaptable, and cozy initiating new channels and methods
