Overview

Efficient Credit is looking for a agile and skilled Chief, SME Lending to head our SME project sample and boost expansion across the segment. This position is preferred for a seasoned specialist who blends robust business-related strategic insight with in-depth understanding in SME lending, compliance, collections, and recovery.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement plans to grow SME lending project sample in alignment with business targets.
• Head sales, feature advancement, and channel development programs that improve market distribute.
• Supervise compliance, credit risk, and project sample quality, making sure compliance to compliance guidelines.
• Lead efficient collections and recovery plans to preserve asset quality.
• Offer effective guidance, mentoring, and results tracking for the SME team.
• Build and sustain connections with primary stakeholders, which includes authorities, associates, and clients.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ expertise in financial solutions sales, with a minimum of 6 years in SME lending.
• Robust track document of pushing SME lending growth and delivering business-related targets.
• Proven competence in compliance, risk mitigation strategy, and credit project sample monitoring.
