Position Overview
We are looking for a agile and strategic Business Development & Business operations manager with a solid experience in apparel production operations, sales, and client engagement management. This position is preferred for someone with a verified ability to scale businesses, establish business framework, and lead long-term development in a dynamic, unstructured environment.
Primary duties
- Head business development programs to expand market reach and generate income growth.
- Establish and execute organized operational frameworks to assist scale and effectiveness.
- Supervise comprehensive organizational processes, fulfilling the role of second-in-command to the CEO.
- Build and preserve robust client connections to guarantee fulfillment and repeat business.
- Organize internal teams to guarantee on-time completion, QA, and service improvement.
- Evaluate business effectiveness, recognize zones for advancement, and implement strategic action strategies.
- Formulate and execute business promotion & sales plans to improve corporate identity visibility and lead requirement.
- Promote an environment that fosters responsibility, effectiveness, and ongoing development.
Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years of expertise in business promotion & sales, executive function, business bargain, and connection management.
- Expertise inside the Fashion , apparel , textile production operations or production operations industry, with a good comprehension of production operations or generation processes will be a plus. -Proven expertise in scaling a previously unstructured or legacy business.
- Competence in sales, promotion, and customer experience.
- Clear articulation and management abilities with the capability to organize cross-operational teams.
- Innovative outlook with a practical approach to business management.
- Operations excellency and a track document of pushing outcomes in fast-paced environments.
