Commute Agency Manager at GIG Mobility in Lagos

Job Description

Preserving positive connections with vendors of direct commute which includes tours, hotels, Airline ticket sales etc.
Discussing terms preferred rates with vendors of direct commute.
Organizing commute accommodations, reservation flights, hotels, and managing tourism initiatives.
Coordinating and processing all commute-associated recordkeeping, which includes payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and lawful forms.
Helping with any commute-associated concerns that may arise.
Conducting analysis commute agreements and analyzing prices and solutions.
Organizing commute accommodations for business visitors.
Producing, optimizing, and supervising corporate commute rules.
Getting ready commute financial plan documentation for executive review on a on a weekly basis basis.
Creating new directs for the business and preserving the current clients.
Offering at least 2 corporate strategic collaborations for the business on a every month basis.

Bachelors Academic qualification in Business, Promotion, or a relevant field; an Master of business administration will be an added advantage
A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated achievement in Commute & Tours and expertise in event management.
Expertise in top and coordinating top-performing sales teams
Solid understanding of sales models and plans
Regular track document of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
Outstanding interpersonal and verbal abilities
Skilled in CRM software. Amadeus and sales data analysis resources
Adaptive schedule to commute for customer sessions and industry events as necessary.
