Job Description

Work alongside QA to ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and quality assurance guidelines (HACCP, ISO, NAFDAC, FDA, etc.).
Preserve rigid temperature regulate methods to guarantee ice cream goods meet necessary guidelines.
Lead ongoing development programs to improve product standard and reduce wastage.

Ensure full compliance to office safety procedures and ecological rules.
Execute safety consciousness programs and ensure adherence to proper use of Personal Protective Tools (PPE).
Lead programs to reduce ecological consequence, energy usage, and waste.

At least 8–12 years progressive expertise in F&B production operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a plant/generation leadership position.
Robust technical profile in refrigeration operational structures, AC, and general-objective plant servicing & maintenance is compulsory.
Established history of coordinating large-scale food processing processes, ideally in dairy or ice cream generation.

Competence in refrigeration, Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, mechanical and electrical plant operational structures.
Solid understanding of food safety guidelines (HACCP, GMP, ISO, NAFDAC, FDA).
Outstanding executive guidance, team management, and verbal abilities.
Competence in generation organizing, financial planning, and expense management.
Robust logical and issue resolution abilities.
Capability to operate under pressure in a dynamic, temperature-regulated environment.
