The Health, safety, and environment Manager is in charge of conceptualizing, executing, and preserving a complete HSE (HSE) management system that ensures a safe and healthy work environment, minimizes ecological effects, and follows possessing applicable rules and industry guidelines. The Health, safety, and environment Manager plays a vital function in making sure the health, safety, and ecological well-being of employees, service providers, and the group. By conceptualizing and executing efficient Health, safety, and environment management operational structures, the Health, safety, and environment Manager supports to the company's entire success and reputation.
Ecological Management:
Formulate and execute ecological management strategies to reduce waste, pollution, and ecological effects. Guarantee adherence with ecological compliance guidelines.
Adherence and Auditing:
Guarantee adherence possessing applicable Health, safety, and environment rules, guidelines, and standardized best practices. Carry out consistent audits and inspections to recognize zones for advancement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bsc in a applicable field (e.g., Work-related Workplace safety and wellness, Ecological Science, Engineering).
- 2Experience: At least 5 years of expertise in Health, safety, and environment management, ideally in the steel industry.
- Qualifications: Applicable qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISPON,ISO 45001,9001,14001) are preferred.
- Competencies: Clear expression, executive guidance, and analytical abilities.

- Injury and Illness Rates: Reduction in office injuries and illnesses.
- Adherence: Adherence with Health, safety, and environment compliance guidelines.
