Position Overview

The Business operations manager in a QSR will beresponsible for monitoring routine dining venue processes across various outlets to guarantee effectiveness, profit margin, and regular dispatch of premium quality food and client support. This position includes directing outlet managers, making sure adherence with business guidelines, coordinating financial plans, optimizing assets, and pushing effectiveness to attain business targets. The Business operations manager serves as a bridge between top level management and outlet teams, making sure smooth implementation of organisation rules and plans.

Team lead:

• Head, mentor, and train outlet managers and their teams to lead operations excellency.
• Ensure proper manpower planning levels, development, and change planning across outlets.
• Advance an environment that fosters responsibility, collaboration, and client-first service.
• Manage escalated employee or client concerns competently.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or relevant field.
• 5–7 years of expertise in dining venue or QSR processes, with a minimum of 3 years in a executive position.
• Competence in MS Workspace and understanding with POS and stock management operational structures.
