Job Description
Learning:
- Make sure that programmatic learning and outcomes are fully recorded, divided, and used to lead adaptive management methods.
- Formulate an yearly internal answer to evaluate advancement against Monitoring and evaluation indicators and lessons learned to feed into strategic organizing.
- Arrange workshops and development sessions for employees to coordinate better relation with the project’s strategize and to learn from the outcomes.
- In partnership with the Strategic Learning Consultant, formulate and supervise the execution of the project’s CLA strategize learning schedule and expertise management system across all project parts and associates.
Skills development:
- Assist the development of ME officers in site workspaces
- Organize, where suitable, applicable development for on-site activities, data governance, evaluation, distribution in addition to M&E.
- Head development and skills development at the individual and corporate level in specific skill sets.
Credentials
- Postgraduate degree in Demography, Statistics, Community-related Sciences, Community health, Health data management, or a relevant field
- At least 8 to 10 years of progressively in charge expertise in designing, executing, supervising, analyzing and learning duty for health and/or development projects.
- Understanding with international indicators and standard measurement resources in Nutrition in addition to NHMIS and DHIS2 is essential.
- Ability in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Entry, and a statistical program suite (SPSS, EPI-INFO, STATA, SAS or similar).
- Proven expertise top large scale data collection endeavors, development enumerator teams, and arranging data collection
- Expertise in data collection software (e.g. KoboCollect, ODK)
- Expertise using data visualization software preferred (e.g. PowerBi)
- Exhibited logical and analytical abilities.
- Capability to operate possessing applicable government associates, USAID, other Donors, and executing associates.
- Good verbal, listening, drafting, and intrapersonal competencies crucial for efficient engagement among several institutions and employees participated in a extensive range of initiatives.
- Expertise in arranging and coordinating operational structures strengthening, capacity development and training methods.
- Fluent in English (documented and spoken communication information exchange).
