Growth Manager at Zojatech Limited in Lagos

Job Description

The Growth Manager will be in charge of pushing user purchase, relation, and income increase for our B2B and B2C product.
This person will head the development and implementation of growth plans across the full scope of client journey, from purchase to retention and commitment.
As a key member of the executive guidance team, the Chief of Growth will collaborate with product, engineering and plan to build, measure, and enhance growth endeavors.

Formulate and implement a complete growth plan to lead user purchase, relation, and income.
Work alongside product, plan, and technical groups to recognize, prioritize, and implement on development potentials.
Evaluate user data and client response to recognize patterns, practices, and avenue for development.
Formulate and preserve a strong insight of our target client segments and the attractive landscape.
Design and run strategic trials to test different growth tactics and improve efficiency.
Design, measure, and enhance the client journey through all platforms and stages, from purchase to retention and commitment.
Produce and oversee a growth dashboard to track performance indicators and convey advancement to the executive guidance team.
Head the promotion team to formulate and implement promotional initiatives that boost expansion.
Work alongside engineering and cross-functional teams to formulate new capabilities and product upgrades that boost expansion.
Stay current with the latest growth tactics and industry standards in the industry.
Head and formulate a robust growth team

Bsc in business, promotion, or a relevant field.
At least 5 years of expertise in growth or promotion positions, with a minimum of 2 years of expertise in a executive function.
Core power and verifiable expertise in scaling startups.
Robust critical thinking and expertise using data to lead strategic judgment.
Robust project coordination and team leadership abilities.
Expertise with A/B running test and innovative experiment.
Deep knowledge of customer conversion and retention plans.
Expertise in the Financial technology industry will be an added advantage.
Robust interpersonal and verbal abilities.
5 years in an ICT Operating environment with practical experience in Network Management, Network & cybersecurity, LAN/WAN optimization, Project dispatch, Technical initiatives designing, and strategic leadership and a minimum of 3 years in top level management roles, Expertise in programming language business, promotion, or a relevant field.
Master of business administration, CCIE, CCNP, Cisco certified network associate, MCSE, or any other applicable professional certification.
