Position Overview
The HRBP associates strategically with ichr group’s executive guidance, foremen, and customers to guarantee efficient Human resources management across operating facilities. This position leads recruitment, workplace engagement, results tracking, and adherence while operating proactively and independently within a site-attentive environment.
Primary duties / Key Duty
- Head hiring process for proficient and inexperienced positions.
- Recognize development needs and roll out development programs.
- Promote customer connections and ensure Human resources assist aligns with project requirements.
- Execute work assessment operational structures to lead productivity.
- Track Human resources indicators and response to guide executive guidance decisions.
- Help with Human resources regulatory framework development, adjustment management, and employee relation programs.
