Apartment manager at a Premium Hotel - Kiyix Recruitment Hub in Magodo phase 2, Lagos

Position Overview

To strengthen their processes, they are looking for a highly structured and initiative-driven Apartment manager to supervise the daily running, servicing & maintenance, and processes of all facilities.

Primary duties

• Oversee day-to-day activities across all facilities which includes hotel guest accommodations, dining venue, gym, swimming pool, social space, and sports zones.
• Supervise servicing & maintenance of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and recreational tools.
• Verify that every facilities are clean, safe, and in adherence with health, safety, and ecological guidelines.
• Organize with vendors, service providers, and service vendors for repairs and inventory.
• Formulate preventive servicing & maintenance plans to reduce breakdowns and non-operational time.
• Oversee facility financial plans, track expenditures, and regulate business expenses.
• Head and oversee facility employees to guarantee effectiveness and compliance to guidelines.
• Track visitor response and promptly settle facility-associated concerns.
• Organize and show consistent documentation on operations and facilities and effectiveness.
• Assist management in organizing enhancements and expansions of resort facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Academic qualification / Higher national diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field.
• At least 3–5 years’ demonstrated expertise in facility or process management (hospitality/resort expertise is a plus).
• Solid understanding of building operational structures (Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, pool processes, etc.).
• Outstanding corporate, executive guidance, and verbal abilities.
• Capability to oversee various facilities and teams at the same time.
• Robust analytical abilities and meticulousness.
• Competence in MS Workspace.
