Role summary

Head a team of Business Bankers to oversee tier 2 clients by carrying out the items listed: On boarding new enterprise banking Clients, Initiative-driven connection management relation Dormant accounts reactivation Cross sell the bank’s goods and solutions to current clients. Managing of clients grievance Enhance customer experience and grow the bank’s distribute of wallet by proactively compelling the client through telephone/email/web chat for more pocket distribute.

Credentials

• First academic qualification in any site.
• 5 - 7 years’ expertise Iin Business-related banking and Business banking
• Cognate expertise in sales and connection management of clients to be capable to lead profit margin and foster connections
• Expertise inside the financial industry with expertise in coordinating small businesses.
