Programs Manager at Voice of Women Empowerment Foundation in Arepo, Lagos

Duties

• Programme Organizing and execution: Conceptualizes various strategies. Set targets and timelines. Oversee and offer direction to employees and voluntary assistants in the daily implementation of projects.
• M&E and Status updates: Works closely with Monitoring and evaluation officer to formulate and execute Monitoring and evaluation operational structures. Tracks effectiveness, effects and make strategic guidance for advancement.
• Donor relation. Executes needs evaluations and participant discussions to guide programme design.
• Grant proposal drafting. Formulate and oversee programme financial plans in synchronization with finance. Support to the yearly strategic organizing process.
• Organize documentation for within and outside the organization participants, highlighting key accomplishments and hurdles.
• Risk mitigation strategy: Recognizes possibility risks, conceptualizes risk reduction plans and ensures project continuity.

Qualifications
