Job Description

We are looking for a purpose-led, meticulous, and outcomes-driven Manager, project to supervise implementation across the Atinudah ecosystem.
This person will act as the business heartbeat of the organization, pushing projects advance, managing cross-departmentally, addressing blockers, and making sure that implementation repeatedly aligns with the aspiration.
This is not a position for someone who needs to be told what to do. You’ll possess full visibility across projects, teams, timelines, and financial plans, and are anticipated to take charge, keep executive guidance informed, and build operational structures that scale.
You’ll collaborate with the CEO and CTO and play a main responsibility in shaping how Atinudah supplies across its business.

Build internal operational structures and SOPs to guarantee team responsibility, reduce friction, and scale result.
Streamline processes across innovative generation, customer support, events, and marketing.
Be the person who “owns the how” — how creative thoughts become action, how teams work alongside, and how implementation boosts over time.

Head and motivate cross-operational teams, making sure visual precision of positions, duties, and due dates.
Settle clashes and promote an environment that fosters partnership, responsibility, and superiority.
Assist effectiveness tracking, offering response loops and strategic guidance to executive guidance.

A self-starter and builder. You don’t wait to be told what to do, you see the big picture, spot differences, and assume responsibility.
A operational structures thinker. You can take chaos and turn it into visual precision. You know how to build design frameworks, SOPs, dashboards, and timelines that work.
A people coordinator. You’re not afraid to hold people responsible, check in firmly, or reset requirements.
A calm implementer. You’re cozy with tight timelines, driven creative thoughts, and evolving key focuses, and know how to stay attentive and formulated.

4+ years of expertise in project coordination, processes, or programme synchronization, preferably across media, finance, FMCG, agency, events, or generation environments.
Proven expertise operating across various departments and coordinating comprehensive project lifecycles.
Robust competence in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and comfort operating with dashboards and financial data.
Expertise using PM resources like Trello, Notion, Asana, or ClickUp.
Outstanding verbal and professional writing - you compose transparently, check in smartly, and convey with intention.
PMP Accreditation or other specialist PM certification is a robust plus.
Expertise monitoring innovative or marketing teams is a plus.
