Job Description

The Generation Manager will be accountable for managing and managing day-to-day activities inside the Blown Film or Adaptable Wrapping generation unit.
This position ensures productive use of assets, compliance to quality benchmarks, adherence with safety procedures, and dispatch of generation targets.
The preferred candidate is a practical leader with a robust technical profile in plastics tech and proven supervisory expertise in a production operations environment.

Oversee and organize generation initiatives to guarantee prompt and productive result in line with generation strategies.
Supervise machine processes (Blown Film or Adaptable Wrapping lines), making sure most effective effectiveness and minimal non-operational time.
Execute and track quality assurance methods to meet product requirements and client qualifications.
Educate, train, and oversee production worker, nurturing an environment that fosters responsibility, safety, and ongoing development.
Recognize and settle business concerns, diagnosing issues tools and process challenges promptly.
Work alongside servicing & maintenance, QA, and stock chain teams to enhance generation flow.
Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and ecological guidelines inside the plant.
Track and documentation generation data, highlighting variances, root causes, and corrective actions.
Lead process enhancements to maximize output, reduce waste, and regulate expenses.

Bsc in Plastics Tech or a associated engineering/production operations discipline.
At least 10 years industrial expertise in a similar managerial position.
Proven competence in Blown Film or Adaptable Wrapping generation within a reputable organisation.
Effective guidance and team lead competencies.
Outstanding issue resolution, strategic judgment, and process optimization abilities.
Reliable expertise in generation safety guidelines and legal adherence.
