About the Position
- The Chief of Digital Creative invention and Transformation is a core product person who leads the development and dispatch of cutting-edge goods, making sure alignment with business targets and user expectations.

- Alongside top structure and cloud management for scalability and guard, the position deals with business inefficiencies through automatic control and process optimization.
- With monitoring of software development, Development-operations, and emerging technical solutions, the Chief of Creative invention sets the organizational approach for technological progression, making sure the company remains at the forefront of creative invention.
- This position will answer to the Head Executive Officer (CEO).
Team lead and Management:
- Oversee and assist a multifaceted team of developers, PMs, and IT assistance employees.
- Promote a cooperative environment that promotes creative invention, responsibility, and strong results.
- Train team members to grow technical and executive proficiency.
Qualifications
- Bsc in Computer Science, Information Tech, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive expertise in innovation-led positions, with exhibited executive guidance in product development, team management, and structure monitoring.
- Ideally skilled in the financial solutions industry or financial funding firms.
- Highly technology-savvy with practical experience in building goods and coordinating multifaceted, cross-operational teams.
- Competence in: Software Development, Understanding with frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Springboot, JavaScript), Database administration: Expertise with SQL and NoSQL operational structures, Cloud Management: Competence in channels like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, which includes resources for structure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CoudFormation).
- Deep knowledge of Development-operations procedures, which includes CI/CD pipelines, version regulate operational structures (e.g., Git), and containerization technical solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise with process automatic control resources and process optimization technical solutions (e.g., RPA).
- Deep understanding of system architecture design, API development, and modular, independently deployable services execution.
