Additionally, we serve as a trusted bridge between our largest businesses and the product and technical groups, exchanging precious response that shapes our goods to solve real business hurdles.

Technical Expertise: 5+ years in a technical position, preferably in pre-sales, client assistance, or software engineering, with practical experience in REST APIs, SDKs, and payment gateway integrations.
Initiative Design & Consolidation: Demonstrated expertise in combining technical initiatives for external associates or merchants.
Information exchange & Visual communication: Capability to clarify sophisticated technical notions transparently to both technical and non-technical target groups.
Issue resolution: A initiative-driven, practical approach to diagnosing issues and addressing technical hurdles in real time, with a track document of methodically dealing with concerns to concluding solution.
Customer experience Mentality: Robust dedication to making sure merchants triumph by supplying efficient initiatives and outstanding assist.
Project & Project sample Management: Capability to oversee various projects and merchant accounts while productively urgency sorting duty.
