Position Overview

The Vertical Manager will be accountable for managing organizational processes, plan, and growth within a specific industry vertical. This position includes pushing sales, coordinating customer connections, conceptualizing tailored initiatives, and making sure the vertical’s profit margin while aligning with the organization’s entire targets.

Duties

• Formulate and implement vertical-specific business plans to attain income and growth targets.
• Recognize new commercial opportunities inside the allocated vertical and lead market penetration.
• Build and preserve robust customer connections by comprehension their needs and supplying customized initiatives.
• Work alongside cross-operational teams (sales, promotion, processes, finance, and product) to guarantee smooth dispatch of vertical programs.
• Carry out market analysis and market benchmarking to recognize practices, threats, and avenues inside the vertical.
• Lead sales effectiveness by setting targets, supervising advancement, and mentoring the vertical’s business development team.
• Oversee vertical P&L (Profit and Loss) and ensure financial targets are accomplished.
• Formulate tailored promotion plans in collaboration with the promotion team to strengthen corporate identity positioning in the vertical.
• Ensure client fulfillment through premium quality service dispatch and efficient problem solving.
• Track and assess KPIs for vertical processes and show effectiveness documentation for executive review.
• Work alongside product development teams to endorse new product capabilities or solutions tailored to vertical-specific needs.
• Bargain and close high-value agreements while making sure long-term strategic collaborations and repeat business.
• Stand for the organization at industry events, trade shows, and professional forums to increase exposure and relationship building.
