Feed Milling Manager at Aureole Consulting Limited in On-site (Farm – Epe Lagos State)

Job Description

The Feed Milling Manager will supervise precise implementation of authorized poultry feed formulations for 30,000 layers and 10,000 broilers, making sure that every batch meets diet-focused requirements for most effective growth and egg generation.
A key duty is supervising feed quality and uniformity to preserve robust feed transformation ratios (FCR) across all flocks, minimizing waste and optimizing effectiveness.
The position also requires rigid regulate of unedited material stock, which includes assessment, storage, rotation, and usage tracking of maize, soybean monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning, premixes, and additives.
By aligning feed formulation precision with self-controlled stock management, the manager directly leads flock effectiveness and entire farm profit margin.

Strategy and supervise feed generation plans in line with bird age and feed requirement.
Oversee batching, mixing, grinding, pelleting (if relevant), crumbling, and bagging.
Ensure accurate formulas are followed for layer and broiling unit feed.

OND / Higher national diploma in Animal Science, Agriculture, Generation/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
3 - 5 years’ poultry feed milling expertise, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership position.
Deep knowledge of poultry nutrition and feed formulation basics.
Effective guidance, information exchange, and status updates competencies.
Practical expertise in mill machinery process and minor servicing & maintenance.
