Position Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a vital function in pushing the growth of UAV processes within Nigeria’s military, defence, and other strategic sectors. The position will concentration on building and fostering strategic connections, assisting the Executive manager in expanding market presence, securing high-value agreements, and making sure alignment with the company’s long-term business targets in Abuja and across Nigeria.
Credentials and Competencies
- Bsc in Business Management, International affairs, Guard Studies, or relevant field (Master of business administration or Master's degree is a plus).
- At least 5–7 years’ expertise in business development, ideally in defence, aviation, guard, or innovation-led industries.
- Solid understanding of Nigeria’s defence, guard, and compliance-related landscape.
- Established history of assisting/closing large and sophisticated agreements with government, defence, or guard institutions.
- Outstanding bargain, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
- High level of discretion, honesty and reliability, and capability to operate in sensitive/strategic environments.
- Robust visual communication, proposal drafting, and verbal abilities.
- Staying current with continuously adapting rules and standardized best practices is critical.
