Position Overview
We are seeking a Work collaboratively Development Manager who will be in charge of recognizing and orientation new associates, offering assist and oversee business connections with associates to lead sales and income. The preferred candidate will possess background team lead, clear expression and people skills and clear comprehension of group business.
Duties
- Lead sales goal towards delivering business targets/KPIs for the territory
- Manage key associates and clients service issues.
- Guarantee adherence with Organisation’s trade rules
- Track associates performances and carry out periodic balance check
- Follow every month journey strategy of associates visitation and relation
- Grow commercial opportunities through opening new channels, oversee associates to attain targets and grow sales project sample within allocated territory
- Evaluate and evaluate associates’ effectiveness against accepted KPIs.
- Arrange initiatives that will head to more purchase and repayment
Qualifications
- Interested applicants should have a Bachelor's degree Academic qualification with 2 - 4 years of expertise.
- Must possess very good bargain and sales closing competencies

Personal Qualifications:
- Expertise in site sales and market Intelligence
- Sales expertise on sticky goods
- Results driven and self-driven.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and management abilities
- Capability to operate with little or no oversight
