Position Overview

The General Manager is accountable for managing day-to-day activities inside the allocated department, making sure outstanding visitor service, smooth process, and compliance to quality benchmarks. The position includes directing employees, addressing visitor matters, and assisting management in delivering process effectiveness and client fulfillment.

Primary duties

• Oversee, organize, and track the initiatives of employees in the allocated unit (e.g., front desk, room maintenance services, F&B).
• Ensure outstanding client support is fulfilled repeatedly to meet and exceed visitor requirements.
• Manage visitor questions, service issues, and response promptly and competently.
• Preserve cleanliness, orderliness, and safety guidelines in work zones.
• Educate, train, and help desk members to enhance competencies and service dispatch.
• Help in employees planning, assignment distribution, and change organizing to guarantee smooth processes.
• Track inventory levels of inventory, request replenishment, and ensure proper usage.

Qualifications

At least 2-3 years of expertise.
