Position Overview

The Mobility manager will supervise the day-to-day activities of the organization’s logistics fleet, making sure most effective utilization, cost-effectiveness, and adherence with safety and compliance guidelines. The position includes coordinating drivers, planning, vehicle servicing & maintenance, and making sure on-time completion of goods and solutions.

Primary duties

• Strategize organize, and track the movement of vehicles, goods, and drivers.
• Oversee, educate, and assess fleet employees, which includes drivers and help desk.
• Formulate and execute fleet rules, standardized processes, and industry standards.
• Ensure vehicles are properly preserved, serviced, and meet all compliance obligations.
• Track fuel usage, mileage, and expenditures to enhance expenses.
• Oversee fleet recordkeeping which includes permits, coverage, and licenses.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and ecological rules.
• Track and documentation on fleet effectiveness using KPIs.
• Manage system issue documentation, accidents, and coverage requests.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and management to guarantee smooth logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Management, or relevant field.
• At least 5 years’ expertise in fleet/logistics management.
• Solid understanding of vehicle servicing & maintenance, transport rules, and safety guidelines.
• Competence in fleet management software and MS Workspace Suite.
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and bargaining ability.
• Robust corporate and issue resolution abilities.
• Capability to operate under pressure and deliver on time.

Preferred Traits:

• Expertise in the logistics, petroleum sector, or FMCG industry.
• Good comprehension of route organizing and expense management.
• Established history of optimizing fleet effectiveness and reducing business expenses.
