Position Overview

• The Generation Manager is accountable for managing the full scope of generation process at our lubricant and plastic production operations plant.
• This position includes strategic organizing to guarantee most effective generation effectiveness, QA, expense management, and compliance to safety guidelines.
• The Generation Manager will head and formulate a team of proficient experts to meet generation targets and assist the growth of the organization.
• This role also requires nurturing solid connections with within and outside the organization participants to improve entire business performance.

Team lead & Management:

Motivate and motivate generation teams through efficient executive guidance, preserving high levels of relation and effectiveness. Carry out consistent effectiveness reviews, recognizing ability differences, and coordinating targeted development and development programs.

Internal Process:

• Adherence/Violation Levels – ISO; GMP
• Health, safety, and environment Indicators – Adherence levels, Incidents/Accidents reported, Cost of accidents, Days lost to Injury
• Actual to Target Generation Result
• Grow in generation capacity utilization of a minimum of 3% per year

Qualifications

• At least a Bsc in a Chemical Science or Engineering discipline.
• A applicable postgraduate certification is a plus.
• At least 8 years of cognitive expertise in lubricant processes.
• Expertise in generation and production operations.
