Position Overview
The Generation Manager will supervise the Mayonnaise, Oil Filling, and pet-blowing processes, making sure our goods' productive and premium quality generation. Your position includes directing manufacturing workflows, preserving full compliance to Good Production operations Procedures (GMP), and making sure a clean and structured operating environment.
Duties
- Oversight/Generation Monitoring: Offer direction, direction, and assist to generation teams in Mayonnaise, Oil Filling, and Pet Blowing processes. Oversee staff effectiveness, offer learning as necessary, and handle any concerns promptly. Track manufacturing workflows, making sure machines are set up correctly, and diagnose issues challenges promptly to reduce non-operational time.
- Generation Effectiveness: Oversee manufacturing workflows to guarantee most effective machine effectiveness, reduce non-operational time, and meet generation targets. Organize with servicing & maintenance employees for preventive servicing & maintenance and diagnose issues machine concerns.
- Quality assurance: Execute thorough quality assurance checks across all manufacturing workflows to preserve exceptional product standard. Handle quality matters, execute corrective actions, and ensure regular compliance to quality requirements.
- SOP & GMP Compliance: Firmly follow Good Production operations Procedures (GMP) and Standard Operating Standardized processes (SOP) to preserve a hygienic and safe work environment. Follow established cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene procedures to guarantee adherence with industry guidelines.
- Room maintenance services: Execute consistent room maintenance services duty to preserve cleanliness in the wrapping unit. This comprises cleaning tools, utensils, and work surfaces. Dispose of waste properly and preserve structured storage zones.
- Stock Management: Track stock levels of unedited materials, wrapping inventory, and finished goods. Organize with the cross-operational teams to guarantee the prompt accessibility of materials for generation.
- Document Keeping: Preserve precise generation records, which includes machine settings, generation quantities, and quality assurance checks. Organize generation documentation outlining the number of units generated, faults found, and any non-operational time.
- Safety: Follow safety procedures and standard procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Documentation any safety risks or matters to supervisors at once.
- Team Management: Offer direction and executive guidance to production worker, which includes development, effectiveness reviews, and inspiration to improve team productivity. Promote a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, teamwork, and compliance to safety procedures.
The Person
- B. Sc. / Higher national diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Production operations, or a relevant field preferred.
- At least 5 years of supervisory expertise in food generation.
- Competence in manufacturing workflows, tools process, and quality assurance inside the food industry.
- Effective guidance competencies, with the capability to motivate and oversee a multifaceted team productively.
- Expertise in Good Production operations Procedures (GMP) and food safety rules.
- Outstanding management abilities with the capability to productively oversee and motivate a team.
- Clear and brief verbal abilities, both verbal and documented.
- Capability to work alongside teammates and quality assurance teams to attain generation targets and preserve standards guidelines.
