Position Overview

They are looking for very driven and proficient individuals to fill the role as a Hospital Manager to supervise the entire processes, management, and service dispatch of our hospital. The successful applicant will offer strategic executive guidance, guarantee adherence with healthcare guidelines, and organize assets to attain outstanding patient care and company expansion.

Primary duties

• Supervise daily hospital processes across all operational units
• Offer organizational approach to medical, managerial, and assist teams
• Guarantee adherence with healthcare rules, rules, and quality benchmarks
• Oversee financial plans, budgeting, and asset distribution productively
• Oversee hiring process, development, and performance check of employees
• Strengthen patient care guidelines and settle escalated service issues
• Supervise procurement, facility management, and servicing & maintenance of hospital structure
• Formulate and execute rules to enhance effectiveness and service dispatch
• Collaborate with board of directors and top level management to attain hospital targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Hospital Management, Health Management, Business Management, or relevant field (MSC is a plus)
• 5–7 years’ proven experiencein hospital or healthcare management
• Effective guidance, strategic judgment, and planning abilities
• Outstanding interpersonal and information exchange abilities
• Competence in MS Workspace and understanding with hospital management operational structures
• Deep understanding of healthcare rules and adherence guidelines
• Task juggling skill and thrive in a dynamic environment.
