We are looking for a specialist, skilled, and practical F&B Manager to supervise the day-to-day activities of our dining venue, bar, and culinary service solutions. The preferred candidate will be in charge of making sure premium quality service dispatch, productive processes, employees synchronization, and visitor fulfillment in all F&B outlets.

Primary duties

• Oversee all Food and beverage processes which includes dining venue, bar, banquet, and in-room servicer
• Head and educate Food and beverage team to offer outstanding client support
• Formulate and execute standard operating standardized processes and service guidelines
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and hygiene rules
• Oversee Food and beverage stock, ordering, and supplier relations
• Strategy and supervise special events, buffets, and banquet solutions
• Organize and track financial plans, regulate expenses, and enhance profit margin
• Manage visitor response, service issues, and ensure service recovery
• Preserve cleanliness, ambiance, and quality visual communication of all Food and beverage zones.

Qualifications

• The preferred candidate must possess Higher national diploma or Bachelor's degree in hotel management Management, Food Service, in any identified institution
• At least 8 - 10 years of expertise in Food and beverage management
• Effective guidance and team leadership abilities
• Clear articulation and interpersonal abilities
• Sound expertise in food safety and hygiene rules
• Competence in using POS operational structures and hospitality software
• Must be meticulous, structured, and visitor-attentive
• Capability to operate any time, which includes weekends and holidays.
