Job Description

The Factory operation manager will supervise the comprehensive processes of both the water generation and bakery units.
The position requires balancing generation effectiveness, QA, legal adherence, sales increase, and employees management.
The Manager will make sure that both divisions run profitably, meet client demands, and preserve high industry guidelines, while also pushing ongoing development and creative invention.

Strategize organize, and oversee routine generation in both the water and bakery units to meet business targets.
Guarantee adherence with compliance guidelines (NAFDAC, SON, food safety, and hygiene qualifications).
Oversee procurement of unedited materials, wrapping, and inventory for both units, making sure cost effectiveness.
Head and oversee employees across both processes, offering development, discipline, and inspiration.
Track and preserve all machinery and tools, making sure minimal non-operational time.
Supervise quality assurance methods to assurance regular product standard in water and bakery generation.
Assist sales and allocation teams in expanding clientele and rising market distribute.
Formulate and execute plans to reduce waste, enhance assets, and optimize returns.
Introduce creative goods and wrapping to improve attractiveness in the bakery unit.
Build robust client connections and ensure client fulfillment by dealing with service issues and response promptly.
Preserve precise generation, financial, and stock documentation on a routine, on a weekly basis, and every month basis.
Lead compliance to health, safety, and ecological guidelines across the factory.

Bsc in Engineering, Food Science, Business Management, or associated fields
A biomedical profile is a plus.
Solid understanding of water manufacturing workflows, baking processes, and quality operational structures.
Exhibited business promotion & sales expertise in a attractive environment.
Practical experience in team lead, budgeting, and factory processes.
Competence in MS Workspace and generation management instrument.
