Objective of the Position

The Commercial manager will head and supervise the organization’s sales processes, with duty for pushing new business, coordinating customer connections, conceptualizing plans for market penetration, and meeting income targets. The position requires a robust integration of executive guidance, plan, and practical sales implementation.

Team lead & Management:

• Hire, onboard, and train sales delegates.
• Set effectiveness guidelines and oversee consistent reviews.
• Promote a effectiveness-driven culture inside the sales department.

• Every month, every quarter, and yearly sales effectiveness documentation.

Status updates & Oversight
