Responsibility

• The Procurement and Stock Manager is a strategic specialist accountable for managing the company's assets, procurement, and stock management methods.
• This position blends specialized skill in asset tracking, lifecycle management, procurement management and stock regulate to guarantee productive utilization of assets.
• The Procurement and Stock Manager play a pivotal position in preserving precise records, optimizing asset effectiveness, and executing efficient assets, procurement and stock management plans.

Asset Lifecycle Management:

• Formulate and execute complete asset lifecycle management plans, contemplating the USD 20m asset base, USD 6 million fuel financial plan, USD 1.2 million tire financial plan, and USD 1 million spare parts financial plan, to guarantee most effective utilization and cost-performance.
• Utilize improved asset tracking operational structures to carefully track the purchase, deploying, and retirement of assets within budgetary restrictions, aligning with financial targets.
• Carry out consistent audits to guarantee adherence with resource control rules and standardized processes, optimizing asset effectiveness and lifespan.
• Work alongside Finance, Processes, and Facilities to preserve an precise asset register.
• Assist CAPEX organizing methods.

Credentials Necessary

Have a Bsc or Higher national diploma in Business Management, Stock Chain Management, Economics, Sciences or a relevant field, presenting a strong insight of financial notions, strategic organizing, and business optimization
