Entry-level Architect at a Fast-growing Construction Firm - Elvaridah Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a innovative and meticulous Entry-level Architect to assist the design and implementation of various building projects. The preferred candidate will collaborate with top level architects and engineers to help in producing operational, aesthetic, and maintainable architectural designs.

Primary duties

• Help in the project setup of architectural designs, strategies, and drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar resources.
• Work alongside the architectural and technical groups on project organizing and development.
• Carry out on-site visits and help in directing project execution to guarantee design precision.
• Organize and modify architectural documents, which includes layouts, demonstrations, and 3D visualizations.
• Analysis materials, building methods, and local building codes to guarantee adherence.
• Manage records, track delivery schedules, and assist project status updates.
• Organize with customers, advisors, and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Architecture or relevant field.
• 1–3 years of expertise in architectural design or building environments (intern or full-time).
• Competence in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Innovative Suite; Three-dimensional rendering expertise will be an added advantage.
• Robust meticulousness, schedule control, and planning abilities.
• Clear articulation and collaboration abilities.
• Expertise in local building codes and rules.
