Offals-Pelletizing Manager at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc in Apapa, Lagos

Objective

To organize the productive and efficient running of the presses to generate good quality bulk bran pellet to meet or exceed the clients’ requirements and according to specified targets.

The Position

• Oversee the receipt of unedited materials to guarantee productive process of the pellet press.
• Track quality of all unedited materials supplied and finished goods to guarantee that they meet the necessary quality.
• Ensure productive use of resources and other work materials.
• Oversee offals loading/pelletizing processes to guarantee peak performance.
• Organize development of employees to enhance performance.
• Ensure the servicing & maintenance of precise recordkeeping, documentation and document keeping.
• Ensure good hygiene and production operations procedures inside the offal's loading/pelletizing.
• Execute other project or as-needed obligations as directed.

Credentials / Expertise

Bsc in engineering, or a relevant field. At least 5 year's expertise in a similar position.

• Capable to juggle duties, prioritize and organize schedule productively.
• Good expertise in workspace applications.
