About the Position

We are seeking an skilled Business operations manager with a solid experience in business development to supervise day-to-day activities, optimise methods, and boost expansion for our efficient-growing food chain. The preferred candidate will merge operations excellency with the capability to recognize and unlock new commercial opportunities.

Primary duties

• Supervise daily processes across various outlets, making sure smooth service dispatch and client fulfillment.
• Formulate and execute business plans to enhance effectiveness, reduce expenses, and scale sustainably.
• Track stock chain, stock, logistics, and vendor management to guarantee smooth processes.
• Work alongside the executive guidance team to recognize, assess, and implement new commercial opportunities and strategic collaborations.
• Expand the organization’s footprint by scouting new sites, strategic collaborations, and strategic alliances.
• Evaluate key indicators (sales, client response, process effectiveness) and endorse enhancements.
• Guarantee adherence with food safety, hygiene, and compliance guidelines.
• Hire, educate, and head processes employees to supply on targets.
• Foster creativity in customer experience, dispatch models, and operational frameworks.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have a Bsc
• 5+ years’ expertise in Process management, ideally in the food, hospitality, or in-store industry.
• Established history in business development and growing clientele/income.
• Deep knowledge of food chain logistics, stock chain, and vendor management.
• Outstanding executive guidance, organisational, and analytical abilities.
• Profitable company strategic insight with the capability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
• Clear articulation and bargaining ability.
• Technology-savvy, with expertise using POS operational structures, Enterprise platform planning/processes resources, and CRM channels.
