Position Overview
To supervise and oversee the day-to-day activities on project sites, managing vendors & suppliers, making sure that work is finished safely, productively, and to the necessary guidelines, within financial plan and on timetable. Organize staff, track development, organize, and send project documentation, and preserve information exchange with various participants to coordinate successful project finalization.
On-site Oversight:
- Track and controlaccess to project on-site(s) as necessary.
- Examine and verifythat all materials fulfilled to the project on-site adhere with binding qualifications.
- Track, inspecand ensureworkmanship and procedures of subcontractors, group crews engaged in-field are in accordance with necessary Customer guidelines.
- Carry out on-going on-site inspections to guarantee compliance to all binding accord & standard of work strategies and requirements; takes action as necessary.
- Witnesstesting and quality assurance initiatives to guarantee adherence with agreement qualifications.
- Observes cleanliness and general orderliness of project on-site.
- Work alongside project scheduler to track assignment plans to guarantee they remain ‘on timetable’.
- Arranges and sends thorough documentation on any deviations or plans together with suitable strategic guidance.
Health & Safety:
- Coordinate location review (s) and track for adherence with Health, safety, and environment and/or any other applicable rules.
- Coordinate with the on-site HSEs to guarantee that Health, safety, and environment concerns that are reported or observed are adequately actioned by the suitable persons inside the accepted timeframes.
- Conductroutine location review(s) and advises the Team supervisor(s) and/or Health, safety, and environment head of any deviations to Health, safety, and environment qualifications.
