Job Description
Work tasks
- Direct and organize day-to-day activities of all tools.
- Implement strategic strategies and head routine plant processes (servicing & maintenance, logistics assist, and servicing & maintenance operations).
- Formulate operational structures and methods to track and enhance productivity, guidelines, indicators, and tools effectiveness to guarantee efficient return on assets.
- Strategy and organize day-to-day activities of all tools at ideal level.
- Track tools and make sure that they are in good operating order.
- Fix, service, or replace plant tools as needed.
- Pledge to plant health and safety protocols.
- Ensure servicing of all tools inside the stipulated period.
- Settle breakdowns of tools.
- Diagnose faults and offer guidance on standard procedure and preventive servicing & maintenance.
- Guarantee promptness servicing and proper document-keeping of tools.
- Document and record service hours of all tools.
- Formulate and modify tools registers with users.
- Collate and interpret data to reduce waste or overtime.
- Organize tools accreditation.
- Oversee and document proper cleaning and servicing & maintenance of tools.
- Oversee productive processes of all plant tools.
- Perform diagnostics to recognize and settle concerns productively, which includes reading meters and gauges at consistent periods.
- Keep documentation of all data from tools which includes processes, fuel usage, and voltage base.
Role expectations
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a associated building discipline.
- 5–7 years of associated expertise in building (expertise in site engineering layout in business infrastructure development industry is desirable).
- Have expertise of the principles and procedures of civil building.
- Capability to comprehend and follow Personal Protective Tools (PPE) qualifications.
- Exceptional planning abilities, both electronically and with hard copy recordkeeping.
