Back of House Manager at BrandCo Nigeria Limited in Abuja (FCT)

Duties

• Oversee all stockroom processes and ensure smooth merchandise flow to the sales floor
• Prep, tag, and stage goods productively for floor display
• Manage all incoming inventory and recordkeeping and precise storage
• Preserve consciousness of store targets and work actively to assist target accomplishment
• Prioritize merchandise flow to lead sales avenues
• Serve as a stockroom processes position model, making sure process compliance and productivity response
• Implement supplies quickly and precisely while following inventory protection standardized processes
• Post and process inventory movement in and out of store through IC or Omnichannel methods
• Ensure sufficient consumables are in place for smooth stockroom operation; report to higher support tier concerns as needed
• Supervise stock precision through cycle counts and modification regulates
• Oversee all workplace safety and wellness standardized processes inside the stockroom
• Recognize zones for advancement and work alongside executive guidance to deliver outcomes
• Offer effective guidance and mentoring to the BOH team, which includes results tracking assist
• Team up with the wider store team to exceed store targets
• Offer adaptable assist to other team members when necessary.
