The Trainer will be in charge of training students/trainees the fundamentals and improved components of filmmaking, which includes cinematography, leading, scriptwriting, editing, and generation. Primary duties

• Design and supply compelling lessons on film theory, generation, and practical methods.
• Train core zones which includes scriptwriting, cinematography, leading, sound, editing, and generation design.
• Oversee student film projects from idea development to concluding editing.
• Offer feedback criticism to assist learners formulate technical and innovative abilities.
• Stay informed with ongoing practices, resources, and methods in the film and media industry.
• Assist students in conceptualizing portfolios and getting ready for specialist avenues.
• Work alongside teammates to arrange workshops, film screenings, and innovative projects.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bsc in Film Studies, Mass Information exchange, Theatre Arts, or relevant field (MSC is a plus).
• Demonstrated expertise operating in film generation (leading, editing, or cinematography).
• Training, development, or facilitation expertise (official or informal).
• Competence in widely adopted software which includes:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Concluding Cut Pro
• After Outcomes
• DaVinci Settle
• Clear expression, visual communication, and guidance competencies.
• Capability to motivate creativeness and critical thinking in students.
• Expertise in both theoretical and practical components of filmmaking.

Preferred:

• Expertise with short films, documentaries, or function productions.
• Understanding with graphic design or animated visuals resources (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender).
• Membership in a specialist film/media affiliation.
