Role description

• We are looking for a driven and proficient Audio selections Generation Trainer to join our innovative group.
• The trainer will be in charge of development young people—especially girls—in the art and technical components of audio selections generation, sound design, and sound editing, using modern resources and methods.
• The position blends practical training with guidance, assisting participants gain both innovative trust and specialized skill.

Primary duties

• Supply compelling lessons on audio selections generation, audio engineering, and digital sound editing.
• Educate participants to use widely adopted software (e.g., FL Studio, Logic Pro, Ableton, Cubase, or Pro Resources).
• Mentor students through the process of structuring, recording, mixing, and mastering tracks.
• Train and motivate students, with sensitivity to their multifaceted profile and experiences.
• Work alongside the company’s innovative/media team on audio selections for support marketing, films, and consciousness projects.
• Organize learning materials, exercises, and effectiveness evaluations.
• Offer consistent documentation on students’ advancement.

Credentials & Competencies

• A academic qualification or certification in audio selections, audio engineering, or relevant field is preferred (but practical expertise will be highly valued).
• Demonstrated expertise in audio selections generation, audio engineering, or sound editing.
• Competence with a minimum of one key DAW (Digital Audio Desk).
• Solid understanding of recording, mixing, and mastering methods.
• Prior training, development, or facilitation expertise is a plus.
• Creativeness, patience, and capability to motivate learners.
• Clear expression and planning abilities.

Added Advantage:

Expertise generating audio selections for films, community-related marketing, or support. Capability to combine local/Nigerian audio selections traditions with modern generation styles.
