Role summary

• Manages the Finance and Accounts department which includes entry-level accounting officer and cashiers
• Arranges every month/yearly financial statements and management accounts
• Ensures proper wage processing, bank adjustments, and small expense fund management
• Tracks income, expenditures, and financial adherence
• Team up with stock team on consistent inventory audits.

Credentials

• Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in Accounting
• ICAN or ACCA accreditation is preferred
• At least 3 years in similar position in a organized business.
• Expertise in hotel management business is preferred

Ability Set:

• Competence in Financial system (e.g., QuickBooks, Kada sales, Sage)
• Robust logical and finance reporting competencies
• Capability to oversee and head a finance team
• Meticulousness and ethical financial procedures.
