Explanation

We are looking for a outcomes-driven and skilled Regional Commercial manager to head our sales commercial and operations development endeavors inside the allocated region. The successful applicant will be in charge of coordinating a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Senior leaders (BDEs), monitoring POS terminal deploying, making sure merchant activation, and delivering transaction targets through strategic site implementation and results tracking.

Primary duties

• Head and oversee a team of BDMs and BDEs to onboard and activate high-possibility merchants for POS deploying.
• Ensure the team meets every month/every quarter targets for merchant orientation, POS deploying, and transaction volumes.
• Assess merchant possibility and mentor the team to deploy POS terminals only to merchants competent of meeting set transaction benchmarks.
• Supervise routine site initiatives, which includes merchant visits, transaction supervising, and problem solving.
• Ensure swift solution of escalated merchant service issues and system problems by the team.
• Track merchant effectiveness and transaction intensity, and execute corrective actions where necessary.
• Oversee the visibility and installation of brand collateral at merchant sites.
• Personally visit key merchant sites routinely to guarantee adherence with business guidelines and most effective use of POS terminals.
• Recognize and execute new plans and programs to grow market distribute and enhance merchant relation in the region.
• Organize and supply periodic effectiveness documentation and market findings to top level management.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business, Promotion, or any relevant field.
• 5 - 8 years’ expertise in agency banking, merchant solutions, or POS-based sales processes, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or regional position.
• Effective guidance, team lead, and site processes monitoring competencies.
• Outstanding interpersonal, information exchange, and bargaining skills.
• Competence in Excel and basic data evaluation for effectiveness tracking.
• Capability to operate in a dynamic, results-focused environment.
• Ownership of an Android smartphone is compulsory.
• Service-oriented mentality with flexibility to multifaceted personalities.
• Self-driven and highly responsible with a drive for development.
