Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled Chief operator (Bakery) to supervise the daily processes of our bakery division. The preferred candidate will offer direction, oversee employees, ensure premium quality generation, and lead business expansion.

Duties

• Supervise bakery processes which includes generation, wrapping, sales, and allocation.
• Head, educate, and oversee employees to guarantee effectiveness and productivity.
• Preserve recipe uniformity, food safety, and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee financial planning, expense management, and finance reporting.
• Lead sales, promotion, and client support programs.
• Guarantee adherence with work legal provisions, office safety, and industry rules.
• Organize consistent effectiveness and business documentation for management.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Food Tech, or associated fields.
• At least 5–7 years’ leadership background in bakery/F&B.
• Effective guidance and team lead competencies.
• Expertise in bakery processes, food safety, and quality assurance.
• Competence in finance Management and status updates.
• Clear articulation and analytical abilities.
