Position Overview

We are looking for a highly proficient Property surveyor to join a reputable property and appraisal practice. The successful applicant will be in charge of real estate appraisal, leasing, management, and specialist professional guidance while making sure high guidelines of service dispatch.

Duties

• Carry out real estate inspections, cost assessments, and viability assessments.
• Oversee customer portfolios which includes real estate leasing, sales, and purchases.
• Organize precise appraisal documentation and real estate recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with customers, real estate owners, and compliance-related governing bodies.
• Offer informed opinion on real estate industry trends and financial opportunities.

Qualifications

• Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Estate Management or relevant field.
• Membership of NIESV/ESVARBON is compulsory.
• At least 7 years post-service experience expertise in real estate appraisal and property management.
• Outstanding expertise in real estate legal provisions, market forces, and financial funding evaluation.
• Competence in MS Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and appraisal software/resources.
• Robust bargain, promotion, and customer connection leadership abilities.
• High meticulousness with robust documentation drafting capability.
• Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment under tight due dates.
• Honesty and reliability, competence, and robust professional conduct.
