Position Overview

Accountable for managing routine supermarket processes, making sure product visibility, stock accessibility, and group results to meet sales and corporate identity targets.

Primary duties

• Retail Implementation
• Guarantee adherence with product placement and shelf space distribution.
• Preserve visibility of POS materials, signage, and price tags.
• Carry out on a weekly basis merchandising checks for shelf space, POS placement, inventory rotation, and accessibility.
• Build solid connections with store managers to assist campaigns and stocking key focuses.
• Reduce stockouts through prompt restocking and status updates.
• Accomplish implementation rate for campaigns and activations.
• Send precise, prompt sales and stock documentation.
• Track rival initiatives and distribute on a weekly basis findings.
• Carry out or request every month team development.
• Ensure responsibility for group results, resources, and assets.
• Ensure adherence to adherence with organisation rules and corporate identity standard procedures.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business, Promotion, or relevant field.
• 3–5 years’ expertise in in-store or supermarket management (FMCG preferred).
• Effective guidance, corporate, and status updates competencies.
• Competence in MS Excel and analytics platforms.
