Position Overview

The Loan Disbursement Officer is in charge of coordinating and carrying out the disbursement process for authorized loans. This position ensures prompt, precise, and conforming release of capital to borrowing recipients while preserving proper recordkeeping and compliance to organizational guidelines and compliance obligation.

Duties Loan Disbursement:

• Evaluate and confirm loan authorization documents to guarantee precision and thoroughness before disbursement.
• Process loan disbursements in line with authorized terms and within established turnaround times.
• Organize with finance or treasury teams to coordinate financial support release.

Recordkeeping & Adherence:

• Verify that every pre-disbursement terms are fulfilled.
• Preserve proper records of disbursement documents and borrower information.
• Adhere with organizational guidelines, compliance guidelines, and audit qualifications.

Client Engagement:

Liaise with customers regarding disbursement timelines, qualifications, and status status reports. Settle queries connected with disbursement or financial support transfers.

Internal Synchronization:

Coordinate with credit, lawful, and processes departments to guarantee a smooth and precise disbursement process. Documentation any discrepancies or red flags to the suitable department for further action.

Supervising & Status updates:

Track and documentation on disbursement volumes and turnaround times. Recognize process enhancements and support to streamlining loan disbursement processes.
