Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and initiative-driven Permit Processing Officer to join our growing team.

Obligations / Duties

• Organize the processing, agreement extension, and tracking of all flight and flight attendants permits, ratings, and qualifications.
• Guarantee adherence with NCAA, ICAO, and internal compliance guidelines.
• Preserve current records of crew credentials, medicals, development status, and recurrent checks.
• Interface with the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) and other applicable governing bodies for prompt recordkeeping processing.
• Warn crew and applicable departments on permit expiry timelines and compulsory renewals.
• Organize adherence documentation and help in audits and inspections.
• Assist the Flight Processes department in crew recordkeeping preparedness for flight and inspections.

Expertise & Credentials

• Higher national diploma / Bsc in any discipline.
• At least 1 years of expertise in a compliance-related or crew assist position inside the aviation industry.
• Good expertise in aviation authorizing standardized processes and NCAA recordkeeping qualifications.
• Outstanding meticulousness and document-keeping competencies.
• Robust interpersonal and information exchange abilities.
