Position Overview

We are looking for a devoted and meticulous Crew Planning Officer to join our agile Flight Processes team.

Obligations / Duties

• Organize and issue every month and routine flight crew rosters in adherence with NCAA rules, organisation rules, and flight time constraints.
• Ensure most effective utilization of flight and flight attendants to meet business needs.
• Track instantaneous crew processes, oversee setbacks, disruptions, and reassignments.
• Preserve precise crew records, which includes permits, development, and medical validity.
• Track crew responsibility hours, rest periods, and fatigue risk mitigation strategy.
• Organize documentation for Flight Process Manager every month on crew status.

Expertise & Credentials

• At least Higher national diploma / Bachelor’s Ddegree in Aviation Management, Transport, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years of related experience in crew planning/airline processes
• Deep knowledge of NCAA and ICAO crew responsibility rules.
• Competence in crew planning operational structures and MS Excel.
• Outstanding corporate, information exchange, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to operate under pressure and during inconsistent schedule, which includes weekends and holidays.
• Flight Dispatch agent Permit (Added advantage)
