Primary duties

• Oversee outstanding bills/receivable, process bills, and resolve balances.
• Track and account for stock levels, making sure precise appraisal and expense management.
• Track routine and every month sales effectiveness and help in money movement management.
• Help in financial planning and track expenditures against projections.
• Organize balance sheet and income statement and documentation, making sure adherence with rules.
• Ensure tax adherence and help with audits.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients on financial concerns.

Qualifications

Teaching Certification: Bsc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field. Expertise: 2 years+ of accounting expertise.

Competencies:

• Competence in financial system which includes SAP, QuickBooks, or any Enterprise platform planning system used in accounts.
• Improved Excel competencies and capability to manage large data collections.
• Robust critical thinking and meticulousness.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• Capability to organize schedule productively and deliver within strict timelines.
• A member of a professional body (e.g., ACCA, ICAN) or in-advancement accreditation.
