Job Description

Getting ready financial statements, financial plans, cost documentation and financial projections routinely.
Organize tax estimates and file returns.
Help the finance manager with yearly accounts and assisting plans.
Making sure that every expenditure is properly recorded.
Making sure that the records of accounts are collected every end of the month and at the end of every fiscal year.
Execute account adjustments and evaluation.
Making sure that there is financial accountability inside the firm’s processes.
In charge of the budgetary regulate
Organize with the top level management regarding any financial decisions that are made.
Trading with within and outside the organization audits.
Taking part in strategic organizing and implementation process of Directing factory accounting and financial regulates.
Offering inputs for executive review on key effectiveness zones e.g. Supervise funding plans and initiatives, in addition to banking connections.
Factory wage processing calculation, evaluation and status updates for management information.
Factory operating cost evaluation, capex evaluation, project accounting.

Accounting Academic qualification or equivalent.
Possession of a specialist certification like ACCA or ICAN is a plus.
At least 4 years’ expertise in the management of financial operational structures and financial plans, finance reporting, financial data evaluation, auditing, taxation and offering investment guidance.

Expertise in finance, accounting, financial planning, and expense management principles which includes generally accepted accounting principles.
Expertise in auditing procedures and principles.
Expertise in relevant TAX, Pension legal provisions, codes and rules.
Expertise and expertise of associated computer applications.
Capability to evaluate financial data and organize financial statements, statements and projections.
Attention to description and precision.
Clear expression competencies.
Judgment and financial issue resolution.
Capability to operate under pressure.
