Hotel Regional lead at Class Suite Hotel and Apartment in Ikeja, Lagos

Duties

• Process management: Organize and supervise day-to-day activities across various departments, which includes front office, room maintenance services, F&B, and servicing & maintenance, making sure effectiveness and quality benchmarks.
• Employees Management: Hire, educate, oversee, and assess hotel employees, nurturing strong results and morale to supply outstanding visitor service.
• Visitor Solutions: Ensure outstanding client support, settle visitor service issues and concerns, and preserve high levels of client fulfillment.
• Finance Management: Track hotel financial resources, formulate financial plans, oversee expenditures, and evaluate financial data to enhance profit margin and accomplish income targets.
• Business promotion / sales: Work alongside business promotion & sales teams to execute advertising marketing, lead business, grow occupancy, and build client connections.
• Adherence & Servicing & maintenance: Guarantee adherence with workplace safety and wellness rules, organisation rules, and local legal provisions, while also directing servicing & maintenance, inventory, and stock.
• Status updates & Plan: Organize effectiveness documentation for top level management, evaluate industry trends, and formulate plans to enhance branch effectiveness and boost expansion.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have a Bsc / Higher national diploma certification with 3-5 years work expertise.
